Q: What did 2015 mean to you in particular?
Wang Chuang: In 2015, I was faced with a choice, and there was some turmoil in my work, but in the end I chose Likang and went all the way to ten years.
Q: What positions have you experienced at Likang?
Wang Chuang: After coming to Likang, I moved to the testing department, the health and health business department and now the quality management department.
Although I have experienced a number of different positions, but they are all different, the core of these jobs are related to occupational health, which is also a cause that I love.
Q: What experience have you gained in different positions?
Wang Chuang: Because occupational health work is very professional, the positions experienced are similar but different. Our quality policy is objective, fair, scientific and accurate, which is vividly reflected in the position of inspector, and it needs to be very rigorous to be competent for this position, and the quality management work is mainly to control risks, and it is necessary to have a certain ability in overall control.
The focus of the two jobs is different, one is to do specific work, the other is for the overall situation, after the training of these two positions, I have improved a lot in the details of the work, and I can better understand the focus of quality management.
Q: As we all know, quality control work is very rigorous, so what is the basis for quality management?
Wang Chuang: It is based on a set of system documents. This set of system documents is based on laws and regulations, the management measures of specific departments and the management methods of inspection and testing, and a set of management system documents applicable to Likang Company.
This system document it has appropriateness, adequacy and effectiveness, that is to say, it is tailored, according to our Likang organizational structure, equipment and facilities configuration, personnel position allocation to customize, we do it in our daily work according to this system document, we can ensure the compliance of our business.
Q: What does this job mean to you?
Wang Chuang: From the perspective of society, this work has to face the laborers of many production enterprises, which is a work that is beneficial to society and the people.
Purely from my personal point of view, this job is constantly learning new knowledge, such as the introduction of new policies and regulations, new testing methods, etc., so that I can continue to explore and study in this field, which is one of the reasons why I like this work.
Q: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work to release work pressure?
Wang Chuang: I like to travel and climb mountains to broaden my horizons and release stress. After reporting the name of the mountain, I have been to Dalian Great Black Mountain, Anshan Qianshan, Dandong Phoenix Mountain, Benxi Tiezha Mountain, Chaoyang Phoenix Mountain, and Taishan...
I enjoyed the feeling of "overlooking the mountains" after reaching the summit, and climbing was a kind of cultivation that exercised my courage and determination.
Q: What kind of person do you think you are in your life?
Wang Chuang: In fact, I am a relatively strict person, doing things in pursuit of perfection. In life, I think I am a relatively open-minded person, will not affect the mood because of some small things, indifferent to mingzhi, only when you look down on some things will you have a clear mind and take the right direction in life.
Q: How do you view Likang's corporate culture activities?
Wang Chuang: I enjoy these activities, and being able to work in such a vibrant atmosphere is also the right choice for me.
