Earlier this month, Fuzhou Launched the 2021 Fuzhou Special Highway Bridge and Tunnel Inspection Project, which is the fourth bridge currently inspected.
Passing through the More than 1,700-meter-long Guanyin Rock Tunnel, the pipe handle bridge, the tallest highway bridge in Luoyuan County, appears in front of you. Between the mountains, the Pipe Handle Bridge spans the valley with 100-meter-high piers. A bridge inspection vehicle stopped on the bridge deck, and the operator unfurled the telescopic arm and placed the operating platform flat on the side of the bridge. Descending to the bottom of the bridge, Hao Bai and his assistant walked back and forth on the platform. Visually, they checked the bottom of the beam for cracks, hemp surfaces, potholes, exposed tendons and other disease conditions. In front of a small crack, Hao Bai stopped, touched it carefully with his hand, circled it with a pen, and then used the infrared device of the crack measuring instrument to approach the crack, and the instrument read out a number accurate to the millimeter. The numbers were quickly recorded in the assistant's notebook. The long operating platform "sweeps" under the bridge to "sweep", like a CT for the bridge.
"The bridge is built in three parts and seven nutrients, and the small hidden dangers will develop into major hidden dangers if they are not dealt with, affecting the overall life of the bridge." For example, if the exposed rust of the steel bar is found, if it is not repaired immediately, the moisture will enter the depths and the rust will further expand. Hao Bai introduced while inspecting, "What we do is to find all kinds of small hidden dangers." However this is a new bridge and the overall condition is very good. ”
Standing on the bridge and looking up and down, some hearts are jumping, and the houses in the pipe village are lined up like building blocks in the valley. As a "long bridge tunnel" included in the center, the pier height of the pipe handle bridge is close to 100 meters, about 33 stories high, the main bridge is 678 meters long, the span is 127 meters, the bridge deck is 18 meters wide, and there are 4 lanes in both directions.
The pipe handle bridge is the largest and highest highway bridge in Luoyuan County, and the construction difficulty ranks in the forefront of ordinary highways in Fujian Province.
Xie Run, head of the testing section of fuzhou highway development bridge and tunnel center, introduced that the bridge was completed in 2018, and after its completion, it effectively alleviated the traffic pressure of the 104 national highway into Luoyuan Urban District, and played a supporting role in promoting the construction of Luoyuan Bay Binhai New City and efficiently connecting the "Fupuning" area. In October 2020, the bridge was transferred to the custody of Fuzhou Luoyuan Highway Development Center, and in 2021, it was included in the list of "Long Bridge Tunnels", which is the bridge under the key supervision of the Bridge and Tunnel Center. This bridge inspection mainly includes routine appearance inspection and technical status assessment, which is convenient for the subsequent formulation of custody and maintenance plans.
It is understood that the Fuzhou Special Highway Bridge and Tunnel Inspection Project includes 4 bridges and 2 long tunnels, namely the WulongJiang Bridge, the Wulongjiang Double Line Bridge, the Pipe Handle Bridge, the Minqing Bridge, the Guanyin Rock Tunnel Uplink, and the Guanyin Rock Tunnel Downward, which are completed in two stages. Among them, the field inspection work lasts for half a month and is scheduled to be completed by October 25, and the internal industry preparation work plan is completed before November 10.
