Tiankun, Asia's largest domestic heavy-duty self-propelled suction dredger, is mainly responsible for channel dredging operations. Wang Dong, "post-80s", is the chief engineer of the "Tiankun".
After graduating from university, Wang Dong chose to devote himself to the waterway dredging industry, and became the youngest chief engineer of a large dredging ship in China in 9 years.
It often takes 60 days or even longer for Wang Dong to get on the ship and return to land every time he gets on the ship. After 18 to 20 hours of high-intensity work every day, Wang Dong and the "Tiankun" became intimate partners.
