At 9:00 a.m. on September 27, in order to implement the visit of leading cadres in Sanya City, the backlog of letters and petitions was resolved. Wang Dong, vice mayor of Sanya City and director of the Sanya Municipal Public Security Bureau, carried out a visit at the Sanya Municipal Public Security Bureau. Sanya Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Tianya District Shed Reform Office and relevant units of the Municipal Public Security Bureau accompanied the visit.

During the interview, Wang Dong carefully listened to the problems and demands reflected by the visiting masses and the reports of relevant units, patiently explained laws, regulations and policy provisions to the masses, and jointly analyzed and studied solutions to problems with legal professionals and heads of various departments.
On further resolving the problems and demands of the visiting masses, Wang Dong demanded that it be handled legally and reasonably in accordance with law. The reasonable demands of the masses are promptly resolved. Appeals that do not conform to policies and legal provisions are patiently done to answer questions and guide them.
