At the on-site meeting, Feng Bin, a researcher of the Municipal Government Office, and representatives of various towns and streets visited the "model" of the pilot construction of the "small sponge micro-transformation" located on Chaoheng Road in Chashan Town, and learned in detail about the experience and practices of Chashan in promoting the rectification of water accumulation points.
It is understood that there are 14 water accumulation points in Chashan Town, including three more serious water accumulation points such as Chaoheng Road, Zhanqian West Road and Weixing Road. Zhanqian West Road, Chaoheng Road and Weixing Road are respectively connected to important traffic nodes such as railway stations, ecological park avenues, and industrial parks, and there have been many cases of water accumulation on rainy days in the past two years. Internal waterlogging has a greater impact on the production and life of citizens and transportation.
In order to solve the problem of the difficulty of travel of the public, Chashan Town has implemented the "small sponge micro-transformation" project for three waterlogged locations since this year. After conducting a large number of field research and investigation of the water accumulation on rainy days, the surrounding pipelines, the siltation situation, etc., the "small sponge micro-transformation" will transform the water collection grates on both sides of the above road sections, using the new form of rainwater grates, new cover materials, from the original plane water grates to "plane + three-dimensional" hot-dip galvanized steel grid rainwater grates, increase the number of rainwater grates to improve rainwater collection capacity, improve the situation of debris blocking the rainwater inlets; repair rainwater pipes, comprehensively explore and dredge them, Improve the flow capacity of pipelines; close interception wells in batches, strengthen pipeline management operation and maintenance, and ensure smooth drainage.
It is understood that through the "small sponge micro-transformation", the above three more serious water accumulation points in Chashan Town can basically achieve light rain without waterlogging and heavy rain without waterlogging, which effectively improves the feeling of the masses traveling on rainy days. Chashan will also upgrade the greening of the surrounding roads in the above three sections to further reduce the occurrence of falling leaves and clogging water grates.
It is understood that in order to effectively do a good job in the urban waterlogging control of this people's livelihood project, at present, a total of 480.26 kilometers of rainwater (including combined) pipe networks have been built in the jurisdiction of Chashan Town, 4567 inspection wells, 27 drainage stations, and the total drainage flow can reach 210.75m3/s.
