Tao Te Ching: Only by abandoning one's own narrow emotions and accommodating the world can it become great.

There is a saying in the Tao Te Ching:
Knowing The constant, the tolerance is the justice, the public is the whole, the whole is the heavens, the heavens are the Tao, the Tao is long, and there is no body.
Knowing the eternal law of the universe, we can tolerate everything, to tolerate everything can be selfless, selfless to be the king of the world, the king of the world should conform to the law of heaven, the law of heaven will inevitably conform to the Tao, conform to the Tao can be achieved, and there is no danger in life.
Taoist thought holds that the laws and laws of Heavenly Reason are the Tao, and the character of the Tao is to be able to accommodate all things under the world, so it can achieve its own greatness, tolerate all things, and tolerate everything.
Just like the Tao Te Ching says, "The good is like water", the water dwells under all things and melts into thousands of rivers, so it can become great.
For example, the tao is under the heavens, and the valley of the Yuchuan river is in the rivers and seas.
The Tao is between heaven and earth, just like the relationship between rivers and seas and small rivers, the rivers and seas are under all things, accommodating thousands of rivers, so they can achieve their greatness, and when the king governs the world, he should also be like the Dao, good at being below and accommodating all things in heaven and earth.
The above are the laws and laws of the Tao, but the normal state of man's life runs counter to the Tao.
One of the most common problems of people is the habit of dividing everything into good and bad, accommodating good and disgusting, but it is precisely because of their own hatred that they bring limitations to their lives.
Life is broad because of accommodation, because it is selfless and long-lasting, and all subjective consciousness judgments are good or bad, which are the roots of setting thresholds and barriers for themselves.
After Duke Heng of Qi succeeded to the throne, he strongly wanted to kill Gongzi Gui and send Guan Zhong back to the State of Qi to be punished.
Because Guan Zhong shot Qi Henggong with an arrow when he was the master of Gongzi Gui, Qi Huangong escaped the disaster by fake death at that time, but the situation was changeable, and after Qi Henggong occupied the throne, he was locked up in a prison cart and sent back to the Qi state.
At this time, Bao Shuya recommended Guan Zhong to Qi Henggong, and Qi Henggong was particularly angry, so he said: "Guan Zhong wants to use an arrow to kill me, how can I appoint him, I would hate to kill him and then hurry." ”
Bao Shuya said at this time: "The lord is discouraged, he used to shoot you with arrows because he was the master of Gongzi Gui, which also showed his loyalty, and if you want to do a big cause, you have to appoint Guan Zhong, his skills are strong, and he is also a usable talent." ”
After Qi Henggong listened to Bao Shuya's words, instead of curing Zhong's crimes, he sealed Guan Zhong as his prime minister and let him manage the state.
Sure enough, with the support of Guan Zhong, Qi Henggong rectified internal affairs, and finally there was a powerful State of Qi.
In the "Vegetable Root Tan", it is said: It is not appropriate to use people to carve, and to carve is to think of imitators.
Don't be too harsh in employing people, if you use people harshly, those who want to come to work will leave because of this.
One of the weaknesses of human nature is to excessively reject what you dislike and overly please what you like. When you are excessively rejected, you have become a barrier and obstacle to yourself invisibly, and if you want to achieve your career, being humble is a necessary mentality.
The ancients often said such a sentence: generous group friends.
A person's strength is always limited, a lonely person can never become a career, must gather more strength, in order to achieve the world's affairs. In the process of interacting with people, there must be people who they hate or have disputes with themselves, and when they accept one at this time, they will gather a force, more tolerance, and more possibilities for their future achievements.
And the maturity and wisdom of life is to be able to let one's reason override emotions.
Because of their own emotions, they may at some point want to reject people who they don't like very much, or who are different from themselves, but from an objective point of view, tolerance will be better than exclusion, and more power.
Therefore, at this time, we must let our own reason produce emotions, put aside our own narrowness, and examine things with a tolerant vision, accommodate things, and shape a more favorable state of life.
