These accounts contain three meanings:
1. Distinguish diarrhea by the speed of the needle and needle process, that is, the slow needle and the fast needle are the supplemental method, and the fast-forward needle and the slow needle are the diarrhea method;
2. The length of the needle retention time is divided into diarrhea, and the needle retention time is the supplement, and the reverse is the diarrhea method;
3. Distinguish diarrhea by the speed of closing the needle hole, and quickly press the needle hole as a supplement when the needle is out, and vice versa.

Later generations of physicians generally believe that the left turn is a supplement, and the right turn is diarrhea.
