The Japanese premiere of Arashi's first concert documentary, ARASHI Anniversary Tour 5X20 FILM "Record of Memories" (directed by Yukihiko Tsei), was held on the 15th in Tokyo, in the presence of Arashi member Sho Sakurai (39) and director Yukihiko Tsui. At the premiere, the performances of the five members and the concert scene surrounded by fan enthusiasm were reviewed through video.
The premiere is held on the anniversary of Arashi's formation, while the limited pre-screening at the same theater is scheduled to be held on November 3, Arashi's debut anniversary. Sakurai expressed his joy at this, "These are the days that the five of us (Arashi) and the staff have always cared about. I'm really happy that our attention to these special days has finally been heard to everyone." In addition, it is said that November 26, the national release day, also coincides with the birthday of captain Tomomo Ono (40 years old).
Using more than 125 cameras, the documentary chronicles the last 20th Anniversary Dome tour before the end of the group event on December 23, 2019. Under the attention of 52,000 fans, Jun Matsumoto (38), who was on the stage, shouted to the fans, "From now on, enjoy Arashi's performance!" Masaki Aiba (38) and Kazuya Ninomiya (38) looked at each other and smiled, Tomomo Ohno waved to the audience, and Sakurai thanked the audience, in which the enthusiasm and vitality of the five people at that time jumped out.
Sakurai praised the work, "In this film, the enthusiasm of the fans at that time and the mood of the five of us were preserved as if they were put into a vacuum package. Now when I open the package, I can still feel everything at that time, as if time has never passed. It's a work created by five of us, the staff, the fans and all the photographers. I hope that everyone can feel the cohesion of Arashi as a whole. This is the crystallization of the condensation that everyone has poured all their efforts into."
The host of the premiere on that day was Yukiko Arizumi (52 years old). Yumiko Ariku said, "This is the first time I have hosted such a premiere. I thought that the specifications on the spot must be very advanced, so I was very nervous at the beginning", director Yukihiko Tsukihiko answered, "Don't be so nervous, it doesn't matter." Perhaps affected by occupational diseases, Yugo later showed great concern for "time management", so Sakurai, who hosted "News Zero" with Yumi on Japan, complained, "Obviously this is not live broadcasting?"
