Xu Fanseng - the outstanding leader of Xicheng martial arts

Xu Fanseng, one of the initiators and founders of the Xicheng District Armed Forces Association in Beijing, has long served as the vice chairman of the Xicheng District Armed Forces Association and is responsible for daily work.

In the 1940s, Mr. Xu Fanseng taught at the Beijing Sports Research Society and the Peking Guoshu Museum.

In 1949, the People's Republic of China was founded, and Mr. Xu Fanzeng opened his apprenticeship at the Temple of the Moon in Beijing. During the construction period of New China, Mr. Xu Fanseng continued to uphold the spiritual concept and purpose of the Beijing Sports Research Society and the Peking Guoshu Museum, and has always insisted on practicing martial arts and teaching apprentices, and worked quietly with many Beijing Xu disciples to carry forward the inheritance of traditional Chinese martial arts. Mr. Xu Fanseng graduated from Jilin Provincial Higher Agricultural College in his early years, and after several vicissitudes, he changed his career to clinical practice, worked as a doctor at Xiyun Nursing Home in Beijing and retired from this post.

With the historical process of reform and opening up, the inheritance and development of Chinese martial arts has also entered a new historical stage, and Mr. Xu Fanseng has also worked hard for the inheritance and development of Chinese martial arts.

In 1980, the Beijing Wushu Sports Association resumed its work and formed the second committee. In 1980, the Xicheng Wushu Association (Xicheng Wushu Professional Committee) was established, and Mr. Xu Fanzeng was the vice chairman of the Xicheng Wushu Association (Xicheng Wushu Professional Committee).

In 1982, the Xicheng District Wushu Gymnasium was established, with Mr. Xu Fanzeng as the deputy director (director Zhang Yiming, deputy curator Xu Fanseng and Bao Yuzao), and more than 20 classes were held successively, recruiting thousands of students.

From 1983 to 1986, the Wushu Excavation and Sorting Work was carried out, and the Xicheng District Wushu Association set up a Wushu Excavation and Finishing Group, with Mr. Xu Fanzeng as the deputy group leader (group leader Zhang Yiming, deputy team leader Xu Fanzeng and Bao Yuzao), and after hard work, successfully completed the task and won the honorary title of Advanced Collective in Martial Arts Excavation and Finishing In Beijing, and awarded the pennant.

Xu Fan's humble and low-key aristocratic lineage and family legacy are admirable.

Xu Fanseng's ancestor, Mr. Xu Yusheng, was the founder and leader of the Beijing Sports Research Society and the Peking Guoshu Museum, but he has been the vice president (or director general) of the Beijing Sports Research Society and the deputy director of the Beiping Guoshu Museum, responsible for daily work.

Mr. Xu Fanseng is the founder and leader of the Beijing Xicheng Wushu Association and the Beijing Shape-Yiquan Research Association, but has been serving as the vice chairman of the Beijing Xicheng Wushu Association and the vice president of the Beijing Shape-Yiquan Research Association, responsible for daily work.

We say, "Mr. Xu Yusheng was an outstanding leader in martial arts in Beijing during the Republic of China period," which is a widely recognized and uncontroversial objective conclusion.

To say now: "Mr. Xu Fanseng is an outstanding leader in martial arts in Beijing's Xicheng" is also an appropriate conclusion that has stood the test of time and history.

The exhibition "Red Wall Martial Shadow - Martial Artists Under the Red Wall" illustrates this point.

The people of Xicheng have not forgotten the outstanding contribution made by the famous martial artist Mr. Xu Fanzeng to the development of the martial arts heritage in Xicheng.

History will not forget, the people will not forget.
