JiekouKou Road is 40 kilometers away from Qiandao Lake Town, Zhejiang Province, and 20 kilometers away from The Xin'an Jiangshan Water Gallery Shendu Tourist Wharf in Shexian County, which is the southern gate of Xin'an.
↑ The "Pedestrian Suspension Overpass" located at the intersection of Jieyuan River and Xin'an River leads directly to Jiekou Old Street on the bank of the Xin'an River. On both sides are endless mountains, and there are many inconspicuous small mountain villages scattered on the pass, mountainside and summit.
↑ The high soil and thin stones of the mountain are mostly characteristic of the mountainous area of the street source, and the mountains along the way are imposing stone terraces. These terraces were built in the 1960s and 1970s, when local villagers fought against the earth, dug mountains and rocks, went down the river to pick up mud, and built them with an iron shoulder and a pair of iron palms.
↑ Passing through Chugang Village (Hatsugang River) along the Street Source River, the Xianyun Valley, where few outsiders have set foot. Xianyun Valley is a V-shaped canyon formed by the movement of the earth's crust, and there are waterfalls in the valley, which are about 800 meters long and have a drop of more than 100 meters, forming nine waterfalls and nine pools. Climb up the stairs, the canyon is deep, the springs and waterfalls are flying, and the nine waterfalls and nine pools are "strange, hidden, pretty, clever, quiet, open, dangerous, ancient" the heavens and the earth.

Watching the waterfall in the arms of the mountains and listening to the waves, sweeping away the fatigue of mountaineering, it seems to have entered the realm of the unity of heaven and man, and the forgetting of things and things.
↑ There is a Tulou village in The Xianyun Valley, which was originally called "Yuli". Due to the construction of the Xin'anjiang Reservoir, part of the Yao family at Jiekou was relocated here, so the village was renamed "Yaojiazhai". In the 1950s, the Yao clan migrated to the valley, and in the early days, they cut wood and cut grass and built a tent to live, living a primitive tribal life of "the coat should be covered, and the pepper should be salty". Later, the red mud rammed earth wall was dug up, the rock pieces were quarried as tiles, and the earthen houses seen now were built.
↑ Friends came with good wine, and the good wine of Yaojiazhai was stored in the bamboo forest on the mountain. When the young bamboo has just taken shape, the Yaojiazhai people inject the brewed original pulp base wine into the bamboo cavity, so that the wine can fully release harmful components such as methanol in the bamboo cavity, and absorb the nutrients of the bamboo body, and become a wine after one year. When a visitor comes, they can cut bamboo for drinking. Bamboo barrel wine color like amber, bamboo fragrance is clear, mellow and sweet in the mouth.
↑According to reports, when Yaojiazhai bamboo barrel wine is injected with base wine, it is necessary to select high-quality young bamboo. Because too much wine is injected into young bamboo, it will affect the growth of bamboo, so a bamboo can only be injected with 2-3 knots of wine. Looking at the back of the leader of Yao Jiazhai carrying bamboo barrel wine down the mountain, thinking of the brewing period of this wine from young bamboo to bamboo for more than a year, and then working back and forth from the mountain to the valley, I still feel the preciousness of bamboo barrel wine.

↑The people of the mountains are hospitable by nature, and they have also prepared a traditional feast of "nine bowls" and a special "sauerkraut spring water fish". I have experienced the "nine bowls" of pride, but I don't feel strange, but when the sauerkraut fish is presented, it visually feels that it is not an ordinary farmer's cooking method. Pick up the tender white fish meat taste, tender and elastic teeth, the taste is very layered, drink a mouthful of soup, fresh and sour, too perfect. A question, Fang Zhi chef Yao Rijun's wife once ran the famous "water people's home" on the border of the Xin'an River in Anhui and Zhejiang, no wonder there is such a good cooking skill. In order to cooperate with the water quality improvement of the Xin'an River, Yao Rijun and his wife quit the water catering industry and set off again, coming to Yaojiazhai in Xianyun Valley to lead the clan to start developing rural tourism.
↑When I arrived at Yaojiazhai, I knew how important the relationship between nature and food was. The food of each region always has its own personality characteristics, and the potato jujube in the Jieyuan Mountain District has long become a well-known brand. The unique soil climate of the mountainous area, the sweet potato (sweet potato) produced is sweet and crisp and juicy, washed, cooked, peeled and cut into strips, and baked in a bamboo cage by charcoal fire. The roasted potato dates are orange-red, the outside and sticky on the inside, and chewy with a bite.
↑Tofu milk has always been a neglected ordinary thing in my life. When I saw the neatly shaped Yao Jiazhai curd milk on the table, the outer red and the inner white, I tried to pick a little shallow taste with the tip of the chopsticks, and I was shocked and involuntarily addicted. Yaojiazhai curd milk is fresh but not greasy, melts in the mouth, and is very appetizing.
