On the morning of September 1 (the fourteenth day of the seventh lunar month), shanghai Fangta Park, in accordance with the tradition of the Songjiang area, began to distribute 500 soybean milk fritters to the citizens and tourists in the park at 8:00 a.m. Fangta Park has been hosting this folk culture heritage event for its fifteenth year.

Mr. Li Linsong, a representative of Li To-ask's descendants, the 26th generation descendant of the Li clan, and the secretary general of the Fengxian Zhugang Li Clan Ancestral Association, came to the scene on September 1, distributed soybean milk fritters with the staff and volunteers of Fangta Garden, jointly remembered the ancestors, and presented the book "Li To ask questions of the anti-Qing hero li to ask questions at the end of the Ming Dynasty" to Fang Ta Yuan, which introduced the life of Li To ask questions, the family tree of Li To ask questions, the introduction of "Li Zhongjie Public Collection", the handwriting of Li To ask questions, and so on.
At the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, Li Zhiqing and his generals guarded the four gates of Songjiang to resist the Qing soldiers, and they held out the battle for many years, which was very hard. As a general, he ground the few buckets of soybeans in his home into soy milk and distributed them to the soldiers and civilians guarding the city as a reward. Later, due to the defeat of the battle, the Songjiang City Gate was lost, and Li Beiwen was captured, and before his execution, he wrote down the four big characters of "Do not kill our people". In order to commemorate this national hero, the people of Songjiang built a statue of Li Beiwen at the City God Temple in Songjiang Province, and when the temple fair was held on the fourteenth day of the seventh month of the lunar calendar, they commemorated him by drinking soy milk and eating fritters, which gradually became a custom of Songjiang folk.
A relevant person in Shanghai Fangta Park said that Li's awe-inspiring righteousness has been remembered by future generations throughout the ages. In the old days, the people of Songjiang not only drank soybean milk to commemorate Li Beiwen, but also built Li Gong Temple for him, honoring him as the Fucheng God, and every time he was born, the Fucheng God Temple would hold a grand temple fair. In front of the Square Pagoda Zhaobi was originally Songjiang Sangong Street, and "Sangong" refers to the famous cultural celebrities in Songjiang history, Dong Qichang, Shen Quan and Li Beiqing. In the "Three Dukes", Li Zhiqing was both literate and martial, holding both a pen and a gun, and was also honored by the people of Songjiang as "Old Master Li". Now, on the former site of the former Sangong Street, FangtaYuan insists on holding such activities, introducing the origin of the custom of drinking soy milk and eating fritters on the 14th day of the seventh month of the lunar calendar in the Songjiang area through cultural exhibition boards, so that tourists can understand and feel the personality charm of Li Beiwen, achieve the purpose of admiring historical figures and respecting traditional folklore, and let the citizens absorb the essence of traditional culture and good values, and promote the construction of spiritual civilization.
