Qi Zhenglin, general secretary of the party branch and former director of the village committee of Shixing Village, Shaqiao Town, Nanhua County, illegally charged peasant households with handling fees for the approval of homestead land. From 2014 to 2017, when Zheng Lin was the general secretary of the party branch and the director of the village committee of Shixing Village, Shaqiao Town, Nanhua County, he illegally charged 52 peasant households a total of 29,220 yuan in homestead approval fees and compensation fees for homestead over-occupation; in violation of the relevant regulations on official reception, he spent 11 meal expenses in restaurants in Shaqiao Town, totaling 7,386 yuan. In May 2021, Zheng Lin received a severe warning from the party, and the 29,220 yuan collected in violation of the law was returned to the farmers.

Li Wenming, general secretary of the party branch and director of the village committee of the former village of Fawo Township, Wuding County, was not strict in auditing and checking, resulting in the misappropriation of the migrant work subsidies of the members of the village affairs supervision committee.
