According to the deployment of the leading group of the inspection work of the district party committee, on June 16, the second inspection team of the Wancheng District Committee of Nanyang City gave feedback on the inspection opinions and made rectification requirements for the judicial inspection of the party group of the district court. On behalf of the second inspection group, Wang Fei, deputy head of the second inspection group of the Wancheng District CPC Committee, gave feedback on the overall situation of the inspection "looking back" to Zhao Shujun, secretary of the party group and acting president of the hospital, and the leading group of the party group. Zhao Yu, deputy secretary of the party group and vice president of the Wancheng Court, presided over the meeting, and all team members, department heads, and section-level cadres attended.
In accordance with the unified deployment of the district committee, from March 17 to April 30, 2021, the second inspection group of the district party committee carried out an inspection and "looking back" on the party group of the district court. The inspection team conscientiously implemented the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Evaluation and Evaluation of the Inspection and Rectification Work of the Nanyang Municipal CPC Committee (Trial Implementation)" and the new deployment and new requirements for the inspection and inspection of the central, provincial, municipal, and district party committees, adhered to the positioning of political inspection, centered on the "three focuses", closely followed the functional responsibilities, closely followed the characteristics and reality, and focused on discovering and promoting the correction of political deviations. Through extensive questionnaire surveys, individual interviews, and consultation of materials, we conscientiously accepted letters and visits from the masses, gained an in-depth understanding of the situation, discovered problems, and solved actual conditions, and successfully completed the inspection tasks.
When giving feedback on the overall situation of the inspection work, Wang Fei pointed out that last year, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court inspected the party group of the district court and gave feedback to the party group of the court, and the district court was able to attach great importance to it after taking over the inspection opinions, quickly convey the study, study and deployment, and conscientiously sort out, indicating that the party group attaches great importance to and understands the ideology of the inspection work. The party group of the academy established a leading group for inspection and rectification work, which was under the above rate, overall coordination, supervision and inspection, and clear responsibilities, indicating that the responsibilities were clear and the division of labor was meticulous. It has further established rules and regulations, continued to promote, and established and improved a long-term mechanism, laying a foundation for continuously promoting rectification and reform work. However, during the inspection, the inspection team discovered some problems that had not been rectified and reformed in place, the main problems were: the ability and quality were not strong, and the core role of the party group was not brought into place; the quality and effectiveness of trials was backward, the case-handling mode was aging, and the degree of informatization and standardization was not high; the judicial style was impetuous and tired, and there were deviations in the main line of the implementation of the work of "judicial service for the people and fair law enforcement"; and the problem of ineffective measures for daily supervision and prevention.
Wang Guoguang put forward three opinions on the rectification and reform work: It is necessary to improve the political position and enhance the sense of mission and responsibility for doing a good job in the inspection and rectification work; it is necessary to focus on problems and implement the rectification and inspection work with strong actions; the problems feedback in the inspection and rectification work should be established and established, the responsibility should be consolidated, and the inspection and rectification should be guaranteed with strong and powerful measures; the leading bodies should earnestly shoulder the political responsibility to implement rectification and reform, strengthen rectification and inspection, persist in opening the door to rectification and reform, and promote practical results through supervision.
Zhao Shujun, secretary of the party group and acting president of the Wancheng Court, said that the party group of the Wancheng Court will attach great importance to it, conscientiously implement the spirit of the inspection work of the district party committee, earnestly take the feedback from the inspection as the main line, accept the list of problems listed by the inspection team with an open mind, accept it in full according to the order, seriously reflect on it, carry out rectification and reform work in a down-to-earth and effective manner, and transform, use, and expand the results of the inspection. We should enhance our ideological understanding and earnestly place inspection and rectification in an important position. We should always maintain political sobriety and firmness, resolutely implement the responsibility of inspection and rectification, adhere to the orientation of problems, and grasp the implementation of rectification and reform in a strict and down-to-earth manner. In view of the various problems in the feedback from the inspections, adhere to the nature of the people's courts' political organs, continuously improve their own construction, and integrate the work objectives of "fine adjudication, strong enforcement, strict management, and striving for first-class" into specific work measures and work quality and efficiency improvement, so as to improve the level of litigation services, enhance the masses' satisfaction with and sense of access to judicial work, and at the same time strictly implement financial and economic discipline, thoroughly implement the spirit of the eight provisions of the central government, and continue to make efforts to correct the "four winds"; do a good job of overall planning, and test the rectification effect with the results of various work.
