Huang Zhongjin, former director of the Qingdao Jimo City Grain Reserve Bank, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently under disciplinary review and supervision and investigation by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Jimo District, Qingdao City.

Huang Zhongjin, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1966, Qingdao, Shandong, university degree, began working in June 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1992. He once served as a staff member and director of the Lingshan Grain Management Institute in Jimo City. In January 2008, he was appointed as the director of the grain reserve bank in Jimo City, Qingdao, and was dismissed from his post in December 2019 (retaining the original treatment).
