Madrid Court: Lucas is required to be jailed within 10 days during which he can appeal again

On October 18, Beijing time, the Madrid court in Spain issued a notice that Lucas had reported to the court a day in advance. He has filed a complaint and if his complaint is rejected by the Provincial Court within 10 days, he will have to go to jail.

Lucas's incident dates back to February 2017, when Lucas clashed with his girlfriend Amelia, and lucas was subsequently charged with domestic violence, and a Madrid court sentenced Lucas and Amelia to undergo community service for 31 days and barred them from contacting or communicating in any way for six months.

But in less than half a year, Lucas and his girlfriend did not enforce the ban, but quickly reconciled and had a honeymoon. On his honeymoon back to Spain, Lucas was summoned, and Spanish prosecutors demanded a one-year prison sentence for Lucas for violating the restraining order.

So now the Spanish side is demanding that Lucas appear in court and go to jail, not because of the original domestic violence incident, but because of the violation of the restraining order.
