On September 26, the first plenary session of the 14th Luxian Committee of the Communist Party of China was held, and the members of the Standing Committee, the secretary and deputy secretary of the 14th Luxian Committee of the Communist Party of China were elected. Xiao Gang, Cao Yang, Lü Xian, Zhang Lei, Huang Anhua, Xiao Chun, Shi Lei, Ye Shiliang, Feng Huaiyu, Zhu Daqing, and Liu Lijun were elected as members of the Standing Committee; Xiao Gang was elected secretary of the county party committee; and Cao Yang and Lü Xian were elected deputy secretaries of the county party committee.

The meeting also heard and adopted the "Report on the Election Results of the First Plenary Session of the Fourteenth Discipline Inspection Committee of luxian County of the Communist Party of China, and Zhang Lei, Zhang Yan, Lu Xinghong, Dai Tao, Wang Yucai, Huang Zhaorong, and Feng Dawen were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the Fourteenth Discipline Inspection Committee of Luxian County; Zhang Lei was elected secretary of the 14th Discipline Inspection Committee of Luxian County; and Zhang Yan and Lu Xinghong were elected deputy secretaries of the 14th Discipline Inspection Committee of Luxian County.
