In accordance with the provisions of the Opinions of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee on Implementing the Pre-Appointment Publicity System for Party and Government Leading Cadres (Zhongzu Fa [2000] No. 18), and with the study and consent of the Provincial Party Committee, the relevant circumstances of the following candidates to be appointed or nominated are hereby made public.

Mei Feng, male, born in January 1968, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, is currently the secretary of the Guixi Municipal Party Committee, and intends to serve as the secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jiujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone (Export Processing Zone);

Liu Ruiying, female, born in February 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job university degree, currently secretary of the Dexing Municipal Party Committee, proposed to be a member of the Standing Committee of the Jingdezhen Municipal Party Committee;

Deng Jianhui, male, born in January 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job graduate degree, is currently a member of the party group and vice president of the Yichun Intermediate People's Court (at the county level), and intends to be nominated as a candidate for president of the Jingdezhen Intermediate People's Court;

Wang Renhua, male, born in December 1964, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job university degree, is currently the secretary general of the Pingxiang Municipal Party Committee, and intends to be nominated as a candidate for vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Pingxiang Municipal People's Congress;

Wang Jianhua, female, born in December 1974, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, is currently the director of the Law Enforcement Supervision Department of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and intends to be nominated as a candidate for president of the Yingtan Intermediate People's Court;

Liu Yong, male, born in February 1962, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the Central Party School, is currently the secretary of the Xinfeng County Party Committee, and intends to serve as the director of the management committee of longnan economic and technological development zone (probationary period of one year);

Huang Jianwen, male, born in July 1967, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a university degree on the job, is currently the president of the Second Case Filing Division of the Provincial High People's Court, and intends to be nominated as a candidate for president of the Ji'an Intermediate People's Court;

Xiao Yuwen, male, born in March 1967, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job graduate degree, is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Nanchang Municipal Party Committee, vice mayor, and plans to serve as the executive deputy director of the Ganjiang New Area Management Committee (at the level of the main department);

Wan Feng, male, born in July 1972, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, is currently the director of the Agricultural Division of the Provincial Department of Finance, and intends to serve as the director of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial Supervision Commission (deputy department level, probationary period of one year);

Chen Min, male, born in October 1972, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, is currently the deputy secretary-general of the provincial government, a member of the party group of the General Office, and plans to serve as the executive deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the provincial party committee;

Zhang Li, female, born in August 1969, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job university degree, is currently the director of the Cadre Division of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and plans to serve as the deputy director of the Office of the Cyber Security and Informatization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (probationary period of one year);

Hua Zhifeng, male, born in July 1968, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, is currently the director of the Second Division of cadres of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and intends to serve as a member of the Party Group and director of the Political Department of the Provincial People's Procuratorate (probationary period of one year);

Zhou Youzhi, male, born in March 1968, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, is currently the director of the Eighth Procuratorial Department of the Provincial People's Procuratorate, and intends to serve as a full-time member of the Provincial People's Procuratorate's Procuratorial Committee at the deputy department level (probationary period of one year);

Zhang Wei, male, born in September 1974, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job graduate degree, is currently the executive deputy director of the Organization Department of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee, and plans to serve as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department (probationary period of one year);

Gong Jianfei, male, born in November 1974, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, currently director of the office of the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, proposed to serve as a member of the party group and vice president of the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences (probationary period of one year);

Chen Huilong, male, born in April 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, is currently the director of the Foreign Information Department of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, intends to serve as a member of the party group of the organ of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and is nominated as a candidate for deputy director of the General Office of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress (probationary period of one year);

Luo Yongbing, male, born in July 1965, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a university degree, is currently the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the director of the Information Office of the Provincial Government, and intends to serve as the secretary of the party group of the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, and is nominated as a candidate for the chairmanship of the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences;

Xiong Chunhua, male, born in February 1964, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, is currently the director of the Village and Town Construction Division of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and intends to serve as a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (probationary period of one year);

Yan Bin, male, born in July 1974, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, is currently the director of the Open Development Department of the Provincial Department of Commerce, and intends to serve as the secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangxi Vocational College of Foreign Languages and Foreign Trade;

Yu Bin, male, born in April 1972, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job college degree, currently the director of the office of the Provincial Bureau of Statistics, proposed to serve as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Provincial Bureau of Statistics (probationary period of one year);

Lu Wenge, male, born in March 1967, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, currently secretary of the Yujiang District Party Committee of Yingtan City, proposed to serve as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Provincial Poverty Alleviation Office (probationary period of one year);

Yang Jiefang, male, born in September 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, is currently the director of the Planning and Finance Department of the Provincial Forestry Bureau, and intends to serve as the president of the Provincial Academy of Forestry Sciences;

Luo Xubiao, male, born in May 1977, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, currently dean and director of the Degree Office of the Graduate School of Nanchang Hangkong University, proposed to serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice president of Nanchang Hangkong University (probationary period of one year);

Hong Mei, female, born in March 1965, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, is currently the deputy head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial Supervision Commission in the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and plans to serve as a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of East China Jiaotong University;

Liu Xiaoqiang, male, born in September 1977, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, is currently the director of the Academic Affairs Office of Jiangxi Normal University, and intends to serve as a member of the Party Committee and vice president of Nanchang Normal University (probationary period of one year);

Gong Yaoteng, male, born in December 1964, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job graduate degree, is currently a member of the Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, and plans to serve as vice president of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (probationary period of one year);

Luo Xianping, male, born in March 1973, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, is currently the dean of the Rare Gold College of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (dean of the China Rare Gold New Materials Research Institute), and plans to serve as a member of the Party Committee and vice president of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (probationary period of one year);

Yin An'an, male, born in February 1966, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, is currently the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial Supervision Commission (at the level of a department), and intends to serve as a member of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Nanchang Institute of Technology;

Zhou Mindan, female, born in April 1979, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job graduate degree, currently a member of the Party Committee of East China University of Technology, the director of the Student Work Department (Division), the secretary of the Youth League Committee, the director of the Student Financial Aid Management Center, the director of the Mental Health Education and Counseling Center for College Students, and plans to serve as a member of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of Nanchang Institute of Technology (probationary period of one year);

Yan Qingsong, male, born in October 1973, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, is currently the director of the Academic Affairs Office of Nanchang Hangkong University, and intends to serve as a member of the Party Committee and vice president of Yichun College (probationary period of one year);

Zheng Yanfang, female, born in December 1962, member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, secretary general of the Shangrao Municipal Government, member of the party group, secretary of the party group of the municipal government office, and plans to serve as a member of the party committee and vice president of Shangrao Normal University (probationary period of one year);
