On the afternoon of August 18, the Siyang County Procuratorate organized a non-prosecution hearing on Xu's illegal acquisition of rare and endangered wild animals in accordance with the law, and a total of 7 people's supervisors, 3 investigators, and 1 duty lawyer were invited to participate in the hearing. The hearing officer said that Xu purchased a parrot in captivity, and the parrot has been detained according to law, although her purchase has violated the law, but it has not caused too much social harm, and the procuratorate can give her a chance to reform herself. In the end, the three hearing officers unanimously agreed that the procuratorate would make a relative non-prosecution decision on Xu Mou.
On August 20, after the inspection committee studied and decided, Xu Mou was relatively non-prosecuted for the crime of endangering precious and endangered wild animals.
