On September 6, the reporter learned from the official website of the Department of Oceanography and Fisheries of Shandong Province that the Department of Oceanography and Fisheries of Shandong Province issued a notice on the abolition of the "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Reclamation Plans" and other documents.
After the Issuance and Implementation of the Notice of the State Council on Strengthening the Protection of Coastal Wetlands and Strictly Controlling Reclamation (Guo Fa [2018] No. 24), the Department of Oceanography and Fisheries of Shandong Province sorted out the relevant documents on the current management of sea areas. After study, seven documents, including the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Reclamation Plans, which are inconsistent with the spirit and requirements of Guo Fa [2018] No. 24, will be abolished. The circular requires the Marine and Fisheries Bureaus of coastal cities to conscientiously implement the management of sea areas.
