Expand the port's foreign trade and create an international trade platform

At present, There are 16 wharves open to the outside world in Huanghua Port, and all the berths officially operated in the comprehensive port area and the bulk cargo port area have been opened to the outside world.
Accelerate the gathering of foreign trade projects and make every effort to cultivate new growth points
Bohai New Area insists on promoting increments and promoting the landing of foreign trade projects. Continue to carry out normalized investment promotion for Developed areas such as Beijing and Tianjin and the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, implement the normalization of the "going out" mechanism of major leaders, carry out accurate investment promotion, network investment promotion, industrial chain investment promotion and investment promotion, and introduce a number of high-quality foreign foreign trade projects. The Tianji Clariant Polymer Additives Project, which has invested 0.4 billion yuan, has been completed and put into operation in April this year, and projects such as the second phase of air products are also scheduled to be put into operation this year.

Giving full play to the advantages of the Huanghua Port Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, bohai New Area has accelerated the declaration and sealing operation while focusing on cross-border e-commerce, new materials, remanufacturing and other fields, focusing on the introduction of a number of foreign trade projects with high scientific and technological content and strong driving capacity. At present, only the Central and Eastern European SME Cooperation Zone and beijing biomedical park have reached 14 foreign trade enterprises with cooperation intentions, with a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan. At the same time, we will speed up the docking with more than 1,200 export-oriented enterprises in the hinterland of Central and Southern Hebei and Northwest Lubei, and race against time to reserve projects and lay a solid foundation.
Continue to optimize the foreign trade environment and build a diversified and open pattern

Organize foreign trade enterprises to participate in cross-border e-commerce training, promote new models such as social networking, short videos, and live broadcasts, and promote the transformation of enterprises to e-commerce. Accelerate the construction of overseas business centers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and promote a new model of cross-border e-commerce + overseas warehouse foreign trade development. Organize enterprises to carry out overseas inspections, participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions, broaden their horizons, and broaden the way for enterprises to "go global". From January to April, the key foreign trade enterprises in the new area completed a total import and export volume of about 450 million US dollars.
In addition, we will continue to optimize the business environment at ports, simplify customs clearance procedures, compress customs clearance time, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of foreign trade goods entering and leaving ports. Since the beginning of this year, the average customs clearance time for shore exports in Huanghua Port has been less than 5 minutes, a year-on-year compression of 99.8%. From January to May this year, Huanghua Port completed a total throughput of 131.984 million tons, an increase of 16.6% year-on-year, and completed 293,000 TEUs of containers, an increase of 14.3% year-on-year.
Explore the use of new channels and new forms, adhere to the combination of online and offline, domestic and foreign at the same time, from January to May this year, the actual utilization of foreign capital in the whole region completed 259 million US dollars, an increase of 75.3% year-on-year, to complete 101.7% of the task target issued by Cangzhou City in 2021, accounting for 76.1% of the total utilization of foreign capital in Cangzhou City, completed the annual task ahead of schedule, and ranked first in Cangzhou City.
