Xiaofu (voiced by Fukasa Hefu) shows off his family's Tyrannosaurus toe bone fossils. Nobita (voiced by Noriko Obara) is red-eyed and opens his mouth to find a large stack of dinosaur fossils, otherwise he will eat Italian powder with his nose. So he went to the library to borrow some books about dinosaur fossils. Later, he dug up a fossil of a dinosaur egg in a nearby fault, borrowed a time cloth from Doraemon (voiced by Ōyama Kenyo) to retrieve a two-leaf-necked dragon, and named it Pisuke (voiced by Keiko Yokozawa) with a voice. Nobita soon became good friends with him, but as it grew larger and was discovered, Nobita decided to send him back to the Cretaceous era. However, it was later discovered that it was mistakenly sent to ancient North America. As a result, Nobita and his party take the time machine to return to the age of dinosaurs again, but on the way, they are chased by mysterious people who want to grab the skin, and the time machine fails, so that everyone must return to Japan along the ancient land block on their own. After a long adventure, the mysterious character reappears in the hope of obtaining Pisuke, it turns out that he is from the future illegal dinosaur hunter (voiced by Seizo Kato), to get Pisuke to sell money, to nobita and his party to hand over Pisuke as a condition, in exchange for sending them home with a time machine, how will Nobita choose and return to his home...

This is the first film work of 1980, Fujiko · The manga series Doraemon by F. Fuji Sakura began in December 1969, with the first film being Nobita's Dinosaur (1980).
