Beijing time on June 30, according to the US media revealed that Jackson Fromman, a foreign aid who has played for multiple teams in the CBA, died in a car accident at the age of 34.

Born in 1981, Froman rose to fame in Dongguan, joining Jiangsu in the middle of the 2011-12 season, playing 24 games and averaging 25.8 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists and 2.4 steals per game.

In 2012-13, he joined Shandong and played in 42 games, averaging 10.4 points, 9.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2 steals per game, but his free throw shooting percentage was only 27%. It is worth mentioning that this season, Shandong swept the defending champion Beijing men's basketball team in the semifinals, and the team advanced to the finals for the first time in team history, although it lost to the Guangdong men's basketball team and succumbed to the runner-up, but also created the best result in the history of the Shandong men's basketball team.

In the middle of the 2013-14 season, Fromman joined the Jiangsu men's basketball team and played 25 games, averaging 14.4 points, 10.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 2.8 steals and 2.2 blocks, shooting 34% from the free throw line.

In a previous interview, Jordanian men's basketball coach Toloman had said that he intended to naturalize Froman to represent Jordan in the Changsha Asian Championship.
