He turned all the case file materials over and over and carefully examined them several times, always feeling unreasonable, a slap can beat people to death? As a result, he repeatedly interrogated the suspect and questioned the witnesses many times, but the conclusion he still came to was that he had only slapped him. He has strong doubts about the cause of the woman's death and must find out the real cause of the woman's death. However, the woman's family did not agree to the autopsy in any case. Deputy Director Sun Ning did a lot of ideological work, repeated persuasion, and finally at his insistence, the woman's family finally agreed to the autopsy.
The autopsy results surprised everyone: it turned out that the blood vessels in the woman's brain were naturally glass-like, not only thinner than ordinary people, but also particularly fragile, and once a large amount of blood flowed in, it was easy to rupture. The woman had already drunk wine, and after the quarrel, she was even more emotional, and this slap was equivalent to "the last straw that crushed the camel". In the end, the procuratorate filed a public prosecution with the court for causing death by negligence on the part of the man.
"At the beginning of this case, I was confused in my heart, and I had to convince myself to find out the truth, otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep." Deputy Director Sun Ning said that finding the truth of the case is like playing a puzzle, putting together a variety of evidence, trying to restore the original appearance of the pattern, but in the process, there are always one or two discordant puzzles that make it impossible to glimpse the whole picture, and sometimes even "a leaf obscured, not seeing Taishan". But it doesn't matter, although we can't restore it one hundred percent, but we can get to it infinitely through effort.
