In order to strengthen the business level of the rural collective "three capitals" management in the whole region and improve the professional level of the personnel of the agricultural economic line, the District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau organized the agricultural economic personnel of the whole district and the responsible persons of some village accountants and village-level collective economic organizations to carry out rural operation and management business training at Suzhou Vocational University from October 13 to 15.
Weng Yusong, deputy director of the Wujiang District Agriculture and Rural Bureau, made a mobilization for the opening of the class, and Sun Xuewen, member of the party committee and vice president of Suzhou Vocational University, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
Song Jianhua, deputy director of the Suzhou Rural Revitalization Bureau and director of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Suzhou Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, and Ge Fei, director of the Rural Collective Asset Management Division of the Suzhou Agricultural and Rural Bureau, were invited to give lectures to everyone. Song Jianhua mainly introduced the exploration and practice of developing modern agriculture in Suzhou from four aspects, such as developing large-scale operation, improving the level of equipment, strengthening policy support, and cultivating new types of subjects, and proposed that to achieve the goal of agricultural modernization, we must adhere to local conditions, respect farmers' wishes, strengthen policy guidance, and pay attention to method innovation. Proceeding from the actual situation and problems faced by the "three capitals" management of the rural collective economy, Ge Fei made targeted and practical explanations on the hot spots in the management of the "three capitals", such as the liquidation of assets and the verification of funds, rural property rights transactions, the collective "three capitals" supervision platform, the operation of rural collective assets, the "separation of politics and economy", and the non-cash settlement of village-level funds, and put forward the main problems and contradictions in the current management of the "three capitals", and put forward guiding suggestions for the next step of the "three capitals" management.
The training also arranged senior professors from Suzhou University of Science and Technology and Suzhou Cadre College to give lectures on the development and expansion of the collective economy, the promotion of the integrated development of rural first, second, and third industries, the innovation of marketing models, financial discipline and integrity education.
During the training, the trainees were organized to visit the Suzhou Taihu Lake Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park and feel the construction results of the pilot area for the comprehensive supporting reform point of urban-rural integration development. Through this study, the trainees deepened their understanding of rural management work, strengthened their professional knowledge and legal awareness.
In the next step, the rural operation and management departments of the District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau will continue to do a good job in training the business personnel of the agricultural economic line at the town and village levels, and enrich and cultivate a grass-roots rural operation and management team with high political quality, strong professional ability, and rich work experience.
