A few days ago, residents of Dongrun Fengjing Community in Chaoyang District told the Beijing News reporter that the roar of the machine could be heard in the blocked passage on the first floor of Building 2 of the community, and a set of virtual currency "mining" machines (380V) were found in this channel after the lock was opened, and it was shown that it had been running for 42 days.
On October 21, the chaoyang district power supply bureau and the chaoyang district dongfeng district office safety supervision section staff on-site inspection found that the machine used the network and electricity from the office of the industry committee, the machine occupied the public fire passage in the building, and the computer used the socket installation method was illegal.
The safety officer of the Safety Supervision Section of the Dongfeng District Office of Chaoyang District said that after coordination, the owners, the property committee and the property reached a consensus and signed an agreement, and Mr. Bian, the director of the owners' committee, returned the keys to the house and promised to clear the passage and open the blocked door before next Monday. The property company also said that it would collect the cost of 3633.85 yuan incurred by the machine as soon as possible.

Virtual currency "mining" machine storage corridor
On the evening of October 20, the owner of Building 2 of Dongrun Fengjing Community heard a roar of "whining" at home, similar to a huge fan.
Ms. Liu, the owner of the community, told the Beijing News reporter that that night, after searching, they found that the roar came from a blocked wooden passage on the first floor of Building 2, and the owners contacted the property and learned that the key to the passage gate was managed by the owners committee of Dongrun Fengjing Community.
The reporter noted that the passage has a total of three doors, one of which is closed to the outside and is still wrapped around the wire, while the two doors inside, one towards the stairwell and one towards the office of the industry committee. Ms. Liu said the two doors had never been opened before.
"At that time, the property manager refused to contact the property committee, so we had to call the police for help." Ms. Liu said that after the police arrived at the scene, they got in touch with Mr. Bian of the business meeting. Subsequently, ms. Yin, the owner of another building, took the key to open the door of the passage on the side of the property committee.

After tapping on the screen, the computer displays a series of codes, a virtual currency logo in the corner of the program page, and the data shows below: the continuous calculation time is 42 days.
Ms. Liu said that someone recognized it on the spot as a computer dedicated to "mining" virtual currency.
In the video, the owner, Ms. Yin, admitted to the police that the machine was put by her son, and she did not understand anything, because the wedding house in the family needed to be renovated this year, and the basement where the items were stored could not be connected, so the machine was temporarily placed here.

Ms. Yin said that she and Mr. Bian had an oral agreement that she would pay for the electricity used by the machine, but as for the calculation method of the electricity bill and the date of payment, it was not confirmed.
Mr. Bian, the director of the owners' committee, confirmed to the Beijing News reporter that Ms. Yin did have a verbal agreement with herself, and he felt that this was not a big deal, so he did not inform the property and other owners. As for the locking of the passageway, Mr. Bian said that this is indeed a public area, but it was previously used as a dormitory for former property company employees, and now it is used as the office of the industry committee, and few people pass by it.

On the morning of the 21st, the Chaoyang District Police Station cooperated with the staff of the Chaoyang District Power Supply Bureau to go to dongrun Fengjing Community to investigate the matter.
The owner of the community said that after confirmation by the Chaoyang District Power Supply Bureau, this machine has 8 graphics cards, the power is 380V, the electricity consumption is about 0.9 degrees an hour, and the electricity and network used by the machine are from the office of the industry committee in the next room, and the electricity fee is uniformly paid by the property fee of the property use community, so there is no "electricity theft", if you want to report to the police, it should be reported by the property that is directly victim.
However, the manager of the residential Gloria Property Company believes that Mr. Bian has promised to hand over the electricity bill to himself, so there is no need to call the police. As for whether the blocked passage is a fire passage, Manager Pi denied it and called the passage a "unloading platform".
"We are not a commercial building, this is a residential building, where is the unloading platform?" To this end, the owner called 12345 to complain on the grounds of endangering fire safety.

After the coordination of the Dongfeng District Safety Supervision Section, the owner, the property committee and the property three parties reached a consensus and signed an agreement, and Mr. Bian of the property committee returned the key to the house and promised to clear the passage and open the blocked door before next Monday.
Gao, secretary of the neighborhood committee, said that the property and industry committee has an inescapable responsibility for improper management of public areas. "Under the Property Management Ordinance, the Property Management Ordinance has the duty and the right to stop the relevant acts, but the Property Committee first did not stop it and the second knowingly committed the offence. It is recommended that Mr. Bian reflect within the Business Committee, while the issue of electricity charges will be dealt with by the property owner and the property committee in private consultation. ”
