Secondly, the causes of the drowning accident of minors are analyzed: First, the safety awareness is weak and the management is neglected. It is mainly manifested in the fact that some schools and teachers have a relatively weak sense of safety, poor work deployment, inadequate implementation of responsibilities, imperfect safety systems, and a fluke mentality toward safety accidents. Second, safety education has not been implemented, and it is only a formality. Mainly, the content of some school safety education is targeted and ineffective. Third, there is a lack of family safety guardianship, and there is a lack of communication between home and school. Due to the current large number of left-behind children, grandparents to take care of children's left-behind families, many families neglect to educate the safety of their children, did not fulfill the responsibility of guardians, individual schools lack some specific measures in this regard, and communication with students' parents is not smooth.
