In addition to his mansion on the West Coast, Steven Spielberg owns a 282-foot superyacht. The legendary film director bought the yacht in 2010, and a decade later, he was reportedly preparing to sell his custom super boat,"Seven Seas," for about $160 million.
The mansion-sized yacht is named after his seven children and ex-wife, Kate Capshaw. Built by the Dutch company Oceanco, it has 4 decks, 45,000 gallons of fresh water and 77,000 gallons of fuel tanks, with a range of up to 5,200 miles that can easily cross the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to all the space and power, the yacht is equipped with a swimming pool, multiple spas, a total of 17 TVs, easy-to-control smart home technology, and much more.
The superyacht needs to be staffed with 28 crew members, and in terms of design and decoration, Spielberg brought in Nuvolari & Lenard and Molly Isaksen.
