Former actor Hirofumi Arai was charged with forced confession for raping a female employee sent to a massage parlor. On the 2nd, the Tokyo Prefectural Tribunal sentenced him to five years in prison in accordance with the plaintiff's lawyer's appeal. Defendant Arai claimed innocence.
The prosecutor pointed out in the public trial: "It is very obvious that Arai ignores the wishes of women, and it is that it is committed sexual intercourse in disregard of women's resistance." Defendant Arai, on the other hand, argued that "there was no violence or coercion in any way" and did not believe that the woman had resisted.
At the first trial on September 2, defendant Arai apologized to the murdered woman and argued that he was innocent: "He had the consent of the other party." Defendant Arai applied for compensation of 20 million yen for personal gain, but the refusal of the murdered woman and the conversation between the two on the day of the crime have now been made public.
According to the complaint, defendant Arai raped the woman at about 3:25 a.m. on July 1 last year in a private house in Tokyo. On February 6 this year, the brokerage company to which Arai belongs issued a statement of understanding. (Will it be salty?) /Translation)
