At 14:00 on April 21, 2021, the "Zhenba County Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians with Apprentices Worship Conference" hosted by the Zhenba County Health Bureau and co-organized by the County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was held in the multi-functional hall on the 14th floor of the County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The meeting brought together 18 famous Chinese medicine physicians, including Chen Zhongqiu, director of the former county health bureau of our county, Huang Debin, president of Lixin Hospital, Wang Xiguo, deputy chief physician of traditional Chinese medicine of the county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Fan Jinlin, vice president of the maternal and child health hospital, and 70 medical personnel from the health system of Zhenba County who came to study traditional Chinese medicine. The meeting was presided over by Pang Xiaobin, deputy director of the County Health Bureau, Ran Shuwei, head of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Section of the Municipal Health Commission, and Lu Haifeng, president of Xi'an Cihai Traditional Chinese Medicine School, were invited to attend the guidance meeting.
At the meeting, Zhao Ximin, vice president of the County Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, learned the "Notice of the Zhenba County Health Bureau on the Inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine" and the "Notice of the Zhenba County Health Bureau on Further Deepening the Work of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners with Apprentices". Li Chaoling and Xu Bin, Chinese medicine physicians of the county traditional Chinese medicine hospital, displayed the advantages and cases of traditional Chinese medicine, and Lu Qiaoling and Zhong Qihua recited the beautiful texts on the morality and medical ethics of the teacher and the medical ethics of the "Master's Saying" and "The Great Doctor's Sincerity". After the two sides signed the agreement on the teacher and apprentice at the scene, 70 apprentices gave the master a traditional Chinese worship ceremony, all the students took a solemn oath of respecting the teacher and respecting the morality of the doctor, and the principal, teacher and student representatives of Shaanxi Cihai Traditional Chinese Medicine School made exchange speeches. The disciples at the conference site were thirsty for knowledge, the masters respected and taught, and the atmosphere was solemn and warm.
Ran Shuwei, head of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Section of the Municipal Health Commission, made an important speech, and he demanded: First, the county health bureau should strengthen the assessment of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners with apprentices, formulate detailed study plans and assessment plans, and establish and improve the encouragement and incentive mechanism. Second, teachers should cherish honors and teach each other, and students should cherish opportunities and strengthen their learning. The third is to increase the recruitment of traditional Chinese medicine personnel, increase the number of traditional Chinese medicine personnel in the county traditional Chinese medicine hospital, and match the traditional Chinese medicine personnel of the town health center, and give full play to the role of the traditional Chinese medicine hall. The fourth is to strengthen the training of appropriate techniques for traditional Chinese medicine, build a training base for county traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and continue to do a good job in the training of traditional Chinese medicine in the county. Fifth, it is necessary to do a good job in the creation of grass-roots advanced TCM counties, the creation of TCM demonstration units and the construction of demonstration TCM pavilions.
