Wu Zhenqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Nan'an Municipal CPC Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and deputy director of the Narcotics Control Commission, presided over the appointment ceremony. He said that the anti-narcotics work is related to the security of the country, the rise and fall of the nation, and the well-being of the people, and he hopes that Li Fabin will, as always, love, care for, and support the public welfare undertakings in his hometown, and help the anti-narcotics work in Nan'an to a new level.
At the ceremony, Zhang Hanyi signed an employment agreement with Li Fabin, and Zhang Guisen presented Li Fabin with the Nan'an Anti-Drug Propaganda Ambassador Certificate and Plaque.
