To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the large-scale sitcom epic "Song of the Strivers", original by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions Cultural and Labor Troupe (hereinafter referred to as the "ALL-China Federation of Trade Unions"), will be staged on the stage of SAIC Shanghai Cultural Square on May 1 and 2. This is the first stop of the ACFTU Cultural troupe to return to Shanghai after 20 years and start the national tour with an all-star lineup.

Sun Wenbin, head of the All-China Federation of Literary and Labor Troupes, introduced that the regiment is the only state-level comprehensive professional literary and art group in the national trade union system, with a history of more than 60 years of establishment, the earliest leading members and business backbones are from the "July Drama Society" in the Yan'an period, and for many years has always insisted on focusing on the work and life of the masses of workers, and is affectionately called "our workers' own cultural and labor troupe".
The newly created song and dance epic "Song of the Strivers" is also a performance in praise of laborers, and the performance gathers the all-star cast of the troupe, chen Sisi, Zheng Yong, Shang Daqing, Li Shu, Yang Zhuqing, Zeng Li, Zheng Lin, Chen Yinquan, Zhou Zhi, Li Muzi and other artists gathered together.
The whole drama takes "Labor Imagination Song" as the prologue, and is divided into three acts: "Rising Up", "Struggle Chapter" and "Striving Chapter", with "Struggle March" as the ending. The repertoire includes well-known classic works such as "We Workers Have Strength", "I Offer Oil for the Motherland", "Walk with You", etc., with the scene performance "Labor Model" and "The Surging Spring Tide" as a series of methods, showing the fiery passion of the laborers to struggle and build a new era, focusing on the spirit of labor models, labor spirit and craftsman spirit.
The artistic director, chief planner and star of this performance is the soprano singer Chen Sisi, who is also the executive deputy head and artistic director of the ACFTU Cultural and Labor Troupe, who said that on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, "Song of the Strivers" came to Shanghai, the original place of the Chinese Communist Party, not only to trace the red footprints, inherit the red gene, but also to pay tribute to the new era and present the strivers.
It is reported that after the premiere of "Strivers' Song" at the Poly Theater in Beijing last November, it was revised and polished several times, and the national tour officially began next month. After the first performance in Shanghai, it will also perform in Jiaxing, Jinggangshan, Zunyi, Yan'an, Xibaipo and other revolutionary holy places and all over the country.
