On May 23, at the media meeting of the province tour of the newly compiled large-scale historical Yu opera "Yi Bo Yun Tian" of "Telling the Story of the Yellow River well and inheriting the loyalty and filial piety and righteousness", Li Shujian, a famous Yu opera artist and president of Henan Yu Theater, frequently came out with golden sentences, telling the hard work behind the play "Yi Bo Yun Tian".
As the finale of the "Four Steps of Chinese Virtues - Loyalty, Filial Piety, Festival and Righteousness" starring Li Shujian, "Yi Bo Yun Tian" was created by the Second Yu Opera Troupe of Henan Province and operated and promoted by Henan Li Shujian Opera Art Center. Li Shujian starred, Chen Yongquan wrote the screenplay, Ding Jianying and Chang Wenqing directed, Zhao Guoan composed, and Li Hongquan orchestrated and directed.
"Loyalty runs through the sun and the moon, righteousness is in the clouds." The "benevolence, righteousness, etiquette, wisdom, faith, loyalty and courage" condensed in Guan Yu's body for future generations contains the essence of China's excellent traditional culture. The whole drama of "Yi Bo Yun Tian" closely follows a 'righteousness' word, highlights a 'love' word, organically connects the important events of Guan Yu's life, and writes a image of Guan Gong who has feelings and righteousness and has great feelings of family and country. Since its launch, it has toured 15 times, walking into the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, the Poly Grand Theater in Shenzhen... and many other cities, which have been loved and praised by many people.
On the occasion of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Yu opera "Yi Bo Yun Tian" will start a provincial tour plan in Henan Province, starting from May 27, respectively, into Hebi, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Nanyang, Xinyang, Luohe, Zhoukou, Xuchang, Xinxiang, Pingdingshan, Jiaozuo, Anyang, Jiyuan and other cities, and especially into Luoyang Guanlin, with a big drama to pay tribute to Wusheng Guangong.
At the provincial tour media meeting on the same day, Li Shujian shared the story behind the creation and rehearsal of the play with everyone through live broadcast, and explained the highlights and innovations of the play. In addition, Li Shujian, Gao Hongqi and other actors also sang wonderful excerpts such as "Baling Bridge" and "Night Reading Spring and Autumn" in the play, and the wonderful performance attracted praise from the audience in the live broadcast room.

When he was nearly sixty years old, he starred in Guan Gong, which was a great challenge for Li Shujian, and because of this, starring in "Yi Bo Yun Tian" was called by Li Shujian as "catching ducks on the shelf" to challenge the "old man drama".
Recalling the rehearsal process, Li Shujian is still quite emotional: "In order to play Guan Gong well, I started from playing a big knife and running a round field, practicing big knife skills and horse whip skills, and rehearsed for nine hours a day for more than two months, and never relaxed a day. ”
Shouzheng innovation is a highlight of the show. Ding Jianying said that the play has "6 majors", that is, the theme is grand, the script capacity is large, the music creation is large, the stage is bold, the cast is strong, and the band is strong. The number of touring personnel in the province will be slightly reduced, but the lineup will not be reduced.
