On the afternoon of October 23, the signing ceremony of the project cooperation between the municipal government and Sinopec Group Capital Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shanke Holding Group Co., Ltd. was held. The signed cooperation project is the Sinopec Carbon Neutral Fund jointly established by the three parties, and the main investment areas are new energy, new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection, high-end intelligent manufacturing, big data and artificial intelligence.

The establishment of the carbon neutrality fund by the tripartite cooperation will surely give full play to the advantages and strengths of their respective talents, funds, policies, mechanisms, resource endowments, etc., and achieve the win-win goal of the carbon neutral fund to support the local development of Nanyang, help the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and promote the transformation and upgrading of Sinopec.
Li Zhao said in his speech that together with Sinopec Group Capital Co., Ltd., together with Nanyang Industrial Investment Group, the establishment of a carbon neutrality fund was one of the results of the coordinated development of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration. After the signing of this agreement, Shandong Shanke Holding Group Co., Ltd. will solidly promote follow-up work to deepen docking and exchanges, strengthen resource sharing, further promote the implementation of related industrial layouts, and contribute to the realization of the overall goal of carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality.
