He started his career in August 1996 and is currently the deputy chief of the first prison district of Qinghai Women's Prison and the first-class police chief. He has won the honorary titles of "Advanced Worker", "Excellent Civil Servant" and "Individual Education Expert" for many times, and in January 2019, he was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Individual in the Work of the National Prison Drug Rehabilitation Judicial Center" by the Ministry of Justice.
