On the morning of October 20, Guo Xiaomin, secretary of the district party committee, went to the third factory kindergarten, Agile kindergarten, Hainan kindergarten and special education school to investigate, and presided over a symposium to learn more about the curriculum and construction of preschool education, management system, policy guarantee system and special education development.
Guo Xiaomin stressed that it is necessary to conform to the new situation and new tasks of Haimen education in the new era, focus on running education that the people are satisfied with, further strengthen the planning layout, increase investment, promote the high-quality and inclusive development of preschool education and the high-quality and integrated development of special education, continuously meet the new needs and expectations of the people for education, and continue to enhance the Haimen education brand.
In the kindergarten of the third factory, Guo Xiaomin inspected the school running conditions and the environment inside and outside the park, learned more about the scale of the kindergarten, the strength of teachers and the enrollment, and listened to the report on the new construction in different places. In 2019, the Third Factory Industrial Park invested more than 10 million yuan to build a new kindergarten covering an area of 7,000 square meters, planning 3 tracks and 9 classes, which has now entered the decoration stage. Guo Xiaomin pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the construction progress of new kindergartens and effectively meet the needs of surrounding children to enter kindergartens.
Agile Kindergarten is a newly enrolled community supporting kindergarten in September this year, equipped with a total of 12 sets of standard classrooms, 5 functional rooms, and 2 small classes and 60 students. Guo Xiaomin walked into the multi-functional room, playground, etc., inspected the environment and facilities and equipment of the kindergarten, learned more about the children's fun games, physical exercise and other activities, and listened to the report of the kindergarten person in charge on the teaching management. Guo Xiaomin affirmed the transformation of kindergarten infrastructure to create a good teaching environment, and asked to further standardize the safety management of facilities and equipment to create a healthy and comfortable kindergarten.
In hainan kindergartens, every corner is filled with children's childish and cheerful laughter. Guo Xiaomin walked into the pro-Qingyuan Garden, picture book museum and playground to watch the children play games, listen to the children sing Haimen nursery rhymes, interact with the children cordially, and learn more about the kindergarten's teaching concept, curriculum settings, and characteristics of the kindergarten. Guo Xiaomin affirmed that Hainan Kindergarten uses the natural resources in the park to create a warm, clean and creative activity environment for children, and encourages the kindergarten to further promote the "rural rhyme" curriculum, inherit and carry forward traditional culture, highlight the characteristics of running the kindergarten, and continuously improve the quality of teaching and service.
In the special education school, Guo Xiaomin walked into the vocational education resource classroom, the art room and the creative handicraft room to learn more about the school's teaching, staffing, funding guarantee and door-to-door work, and listened to the report on the installation of elevators in the teaching building. Guo Xiaomin stressed that special education is an important part of the cause of education, and efforts should be made to improve the conditions for running schools, improve the level of running schools, and let more special students receive a good education and be able to strengthen themselves and stand on their own in society.
At the forum, Guo Xiaomin listened carefully to the opinions and suggestions of some kindergarten directors and representatives of special education schools on the reform of the preschool education group's school-running mechanism and the high-quality development of preschool education.
