The scope of strategic cooperation between the two sides includes but is not limited to hotel projects, apartment projects, cultural tourism projects, commercial projects and industrial city projects, and the two sides have substantively discussed in various aspects such as brand linkage, design planning, resource docking, and project landing. The two sides will be committed to breaking through the traditional business model, combining the latest trends in the market and the needs of consumers in the new era to continuously innovate, and polish the "hotel +" product that truly brings guests a better life experience. This means that the two sides will share multiple resources such as finance, design, and big data on the traditional model of developer investment and brand-side management, so that partners with more professional backgrounds can intervene to create a replicable "hotel +" template.
It is reported that Huazhu Group has 29 hotel and apartment brands, covering multiple areas from economic to luxury. Xuhui Commercial has more than 30 reserve complexes in the country, exceeding 2.78 million square meters, involving many formats such as community commerce, shopping malls, hotels, etc., of which more than 10 hotels have been reserved. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks that the two sides will further systematically integrate the resources of brands, properties, finance and other parties, and jointly discuss the topic of "hotel + business" in the context of the new real estate era.
