In order to further promote the high-quality development of schools, on the afternoon of October 14, 2021, Cui Yong, editor-in-chief of the Education Science Forum of Sichuan Academy of Educational Sciences, conducted a field investigation on the construction of high-quality schools in Yucai Road Primary School in Xuzhou District, Yibin City, and the relevant leaders of the Education and Sports Bureau of Xuzhou District of Yibin City, the person in charge of the Teaching Research and Teacher Training Center of Xuzhou District accompanied the investigation, and the heads of some schools in Baixi Area participated in the research forum.
Accompanied by the school administration, the research team visited the campus environment and learned about the school's school-running philosophy, school-running conditions, routine management, comprehensive education measures, etc.; especially through checking the class schedule, dialogue with teachers and students, spot checks and other forms, objectively understood the specific measures of the school to implement the "five management" and "double reduction" policies.
At the symposium, the responsible persons of Yucai Middle School and Yucai Road Primary School in Xuzhou District, who were investigated on the spot, successively reported on the progress of the creation of high-quality schools and put forward some confusions that hoped to get expert guidance.
Cui Yong, editor-in-chief, first fully affirmed the internal management of the school, the spiritual outlook of teachers and students, and the implementation of national policies. Then, the school's school philosophy and cultural construction were accurately diagnosed, and combined with the school's "green education" school philosophy, the "1+3+N" system construction suggestion was proposed. Through interactive exchanges, the confusion raised by the participating schools was answered one by one, and the direction for each school to create a high-quality school was pointed out.
Finally, Deputy Director Zheng Zuoyu thanked the experts for their careful guidance on behalf of the Xuzhou District Education and Sports Bureau, and stressed that all schools in the district should consolidate their responsibilities and link up and down under the premise of implementing national policies and combining the actual conditions of their own schools, combine the work of the school, and promote the construction of high-quality schools as a whole.
