Craftsmanship

(1) Primary processing

2 Take a casserole pot, put in a spice bag, ginger, green onion, pepper, mix in water, adjust the fine salt to boil, simmer over low heat until the aroma is overflowing, boil over medium heat, brine until the flower kernels are just ripe, the casserole dish is moved away from the fire, until the flowers are soaked in brine for 20 minutes, add MSG, fish out the flower kernels, drain the brine, and the spiced crispy flowers are made.

Process critical

(1) It is best to choose a color of pink, uniform particles, intact and dry, no mildew, and no impurities.

(2) When soaking peanuts, there should be more water, and some of them should be on the water after the flower kernels are haired.

(3) The brine time should not be too long, so as not to affect the crispness of the peanuts.
