However, many people do not know that Sichuan synchronized swimming has an unshakable strong position in China. Founded in January 1983, Sichuan Flower Swim Team is the earliest team to build the Chinese Synchronized Swimming Project, and the first coach Tian Yasha is the Chinese "pioneer" of the project, she has trained Luo Xi, Tan Min, Jiang Jie and other first-generation Chinese synchronized swimming international athletes, and coached the Chinese Synchronized Swimming Team for many times, making indelible contributions to the cause of Chinese synchronized swimming. Moreover, since synchronized swimming was included in the Olympic Games in 1988, the Sichuan Flower Tour Team has almost never been absent, successively Luo Xi, Tan Min, Jiang Jie, Li Roulou, Wang Na, He Xiaochu, Wu Man, Jiang Wenwen, Jiang Tingting, Zeng Zhen, Xiao Yanning eleven athletes participated in the Competition, in addition to Zheng Jia as a coach, Luo Xi as a referee for many times to participate in the Olympic Games, they are still fighting in the front line.
What is even more commendable is that Sichuan synchronized swimming has always shone in the country in the double event. In the sixth National Games, Luo Xi/Tan Min won the double team championship, and then in the 7th National Games, Tan Min and Jiang Jie defended the double team. At the 9th National Games, the duo of Wang Na/He Xiaochu won the fourth place. At the 10th National Games, Sister Jiang Wenwen and Jiang Tingting came out of nowhere to recover the silver medal for the double event for Sichuan Flower Tour. At the 11th National Games, Jiang Wenwen and Jiang Tingting won the double championship. At the 12th National Games, because of an episode, the two won the third place. At the 13th National Games, Jiang Wenwen and Jiang Tingting, who came back after childbirth, recovered the gold medal in the double event. This time at the 14th National Games, Dai Shiyi/ Xiang Xuanxuan won the silver medal to defend the supremacy of Sichuan synchronized swimming in the duo event.
What is more praised by industry insiders is that Sichuan Flower Tour started early and began to build an echelon since 1984. Team leader Tang Qingyuan and coaches Tian Yasha, Zheng Jia and Li Xinshuang are the first, second and third echelon teams. Until today, the coach echelon team of Sichuan synchronized swimming is also very perfect, the first-line coach He Xiaochu has already taken the lead, and the second-line coaches hold high the Ying and Li Ying to send new people continuously. Therefore, since its establishment, the team has won 27 national championships and 25 runners-up. Today, the Sichuan Synchronized Swimming Team has gone through 35 years, and through the efforts of several generations, it has squeezed into the top three ranks in the country.
