This session is the first Legislative Council election under the principle of "patriots governing Macao" in an all-round way. According to the preliminary results of the EAC at about 2 o'clock this morning, the third group of "Pakatan Rakyats" received 26,593 votes. In addition to achieving Shi Jialun's status as the "king of votes", under the calculation of the improved Handy method, even if the number of votes divided by two and divided by four still obtained 3 seats, creating a new history. The senior grassroots election group won a total of 6 seats, of which the eleventh group of "One Heart" won 23,760 votes, and the first candidate, Li Jingyi, won the vote. The Township Ethnic Selection Group also took 5 seats, and Lin Yutao, the last "Lost Pearl" and "New Force", entered the game with high votes.
Of the 137,279 direct ballots from 40 polling stations, the EAC preliminarily counted 132,056 valid votes, 3,141 white votes and 2,082 invalid votes. The number of white votes and invalid votes is quite large, reflecting the emotional projection of some voters.

This year's suspected bribery and irregular behavior have converged, but there are still small actions. EAC Chairman Tang Xiaofeng said that a total of 44 cases of suspected irregularities were referred to the police for follow-up in this year's Legislative Council election. Among them, there were 11 cases involving ballot shooting at the polling station, 26 cases involving illegal use of mobile phones and 6 cases involving illegal publicity, and 1 case revealing voting intentions within 100 meters of the polling station. Why are there more than 10 cases involving violations involving the use of mobile phones compared with the previous session? Tang Xiaofeng said that voters have reminded them not to use mobile phones and shoot when collecting votes, and the reasons for the increase in illegal cases have not been responded to.

The labour sector had the highest turnout
According to the preliminary calculation results, as of 9 o'clock last night, a total of 7,000 corporate voters voted in the Polytechnic Gymnasium, with a turnout of 87.33%. Among them, the labor sector had the highest turnout at 97.69%, followed by the industry, commerce and finance sectors with a turnout rate of 92.65%, and the third social services and education sectors with a voter turnout of 92.55%.
Since each of the five sectors has only one list to run, 12 candidates have been elected without suspense, of which 10 are current inter-election members and two are directly elected members.
