Shenzhou International (02313) announced that Chen Xu and Qiu Weiguo have resigned as independent non-executive directors with effect from 1 March 2021. Upon their resignation as Independent Non-executive Directors, Chen Xu will cease to be the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, while Qiu Weiguo will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee respectively.
Liu Chunhong has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee respectively with effect from 1 March 2021.
Liu Xinggao has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 1 March 2021.
Cheung Bing Sang has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 March 2021.
