If you haven't heard of the name "Lisu", then you should have seen "God Is Crazy Too", and if you have seen this movie, you must be impressed by the protagonist in it, Sisso. The skinny man from Namibia, Africa, was an authentic indigenous man, and the name "N!xau" was his stage name after he became famous. Before the film, Li Su and his family lived a primitive life of hunter-gatherer, and he had only seen three white people in total.

Li Su's fame was an accident, and it was the film "God Is Crazy" that made him known to the world. After making this film, he was paid three hundred dollars, but he had no concept of money, and the money was blown away by the wind as soon as he got it. Even if he later had the concept of money and began to have a higher salary, the money was still unconsciously gone, and he didn't know where to spend it. In a video of Li Su going to Taiwan, it is mentioned that all the money he earned was used to buy cattle, and it is said that he could not raise more than twenty cattle because he did not know the number of more than twenty. In 1989, "God Is Crazy" made a sequel, although the film did not set off a craze like the first one, but lisu's image is still loved by audiences in Europe, America and Asia. The following year, Hong Kong director Chen Huiyi collaborated with "Yimei Daoist" Lin Zhengying to Invite Li Su to shoot "African Monk", which was released in 1991, and the nonsense style coupled with the local zombie theme made the film a great success.
So Li Su was invited to Hong Kong and the mainland to make films. In 1993, he launched "Hong Kong is also crazy", Li Su partnered with Liu Jialing, Liu Qingyun, Ye Tong and other stars. The film tells the adventures of the indigenous people played by Li Su who came to the metropolis of Hong Kong.
In 1994, he launched "African Superman", partnered with Zheng Zeshi, Ye Yunyi and Zheng Peipei. This time, Li Su came to the mainland, even climbed the Great Wall, and also contributed to the protection of giant pandas.
Leaving his hometown, Li Su was dissatisfied with the waters and soil in a foreign land, and returned to his hometown after his glorious era passed, still living the original simple life, as if he had never been a star and had not been to many countries. In July 2003, Li Su died of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis while out in search of wood. He died at the age of 58 (estimate only, the exact age cannot be determined due to the unknown age of his clan). His family held a semi-traditional funeral for him.
Many times I think that the reason why this African star has become famous is that on the one hand, its simple and natural performance has touched the hearts of modern people, and on the other hand, it reflects the curiosity of those of us who are so-called civilized people, like a group of people surrounding wild lions in a cage.
Every time I think of this family, I can't help but imagine that there will be such a warm picture in this world, and there will be such a pure smile on the TV screen.
Li Su returned home, as an indigenous resident. At the end of the world, he returned the playful gift to God...
I would like to commemorate the most simple comedian in the world.
