Fourth, it is necessary to take the people as the center and provide high-quality services to meet the aspirations of the women masses for a better life. Make every effort to build a platform for the wisdom of women and children in Shenzhen to protect their rights, covering the "two cancers" free screening of people's livelihood projects, accelerate the construction of mother and baby rooms, the implementation of projects such as the "Bud Reading Plan", so that more women can benefit from it; promote the upgrading and transformation of the municipal women's and children's building, the first PPP project in the field of women and children in China, and create a new landmark for public welfare in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the leading municipal women's and children's activities in China; take the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Child-Friendly Cities" issued by 23 departments such as the National Development and Reform Commission as an opportunity. Build child-friendly cities, implement a new round of action plan for the construction of child-friendly cities, build a number of child-friendly practice bases, create a child-friendly social environment in the whole region, and take the lead in creating a "Shenzhen sample" for the province and the whole country to promote the construction of child-friendly cities.
