Wuhan reported the investigation of confirmed cases in Hebei, and the close contact and expansion of the searchers were negative

On the morning of January 11, 2021, the website of the Hebei Provincial Health Commission announced the information of the confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia on January 10, of which the confirmed cases No. 41 and 57 were related to our city. All relevant districts and departments in the city took prompt action to immediately carry out investigation, sealing and control, circulation adjustment, and elimination.

I. Investigation of confirmed case No. 57

(1) Its trajectory in Han

The case took the Z335 train (14 carriages No. 4 upper bunk) to Wuchang at 23:00 on 3 January 2021, took a taxi (E-A-X3U09) to Hanzheng Street Wholesale Market on 4 January, ate breakfast at Minsheng Sweets Restaurant at the intersection of Changdi Street, stopped at Jinzheng Mao Business Building for 1 hour and 30 minutes, went to the three markets of Jinzuo, Sapphire and Ruby, had lunch at Wang Ji Beef Noodle Restaurant at the intersection of Changdi Street, and took a taxi (E-XQ861) to Wuhan Railway Station at 14:00 pm. Take the G422 train (4 cars 01A) back to Shijiazhuang.

(2) Investigate the situation

Case No. 57 has a total of 59 people who have been closely contacted by the same carriage of the Han railway, of which 22 have disembarked at Wuchang Railway Station, 4 have been in Wuhan City, 18 people are outside the city, and the relevant information of personnel outside the city and 234 people who are in the same carriage of the Han train have been reported to the provincial command for assistance. Four people in Wuhan have been isolated, and the nucleic acid test and antibody test results are negative.

The taxi drivers of the cases coming to and from Han, E-X3U09 and E-XQ861, have undergone isolation, nucleic acid and antibody tests, and the test results are negative.

All 548 of its close contacts have been quarantined, and 8107 people have been expanded in search, and the nucleic acid test results are all negative. 8225 samples of the environment outside the trajectory of his activity were negative.

The Jinzheng Mao Business Building on Hanzheng Street, where the case had visited, and the buildings where the three markets of Jinzuo, Sapphire and Ruby were located, were sealed and controlled, and the external environment of their activities in Han was all eliminated.

II. Investigation of confirmed case No. 41

Confirmed case No. 41 is a first-year student at a polytechnic college in our city. The student did not go out of school for two weeks before December 25, 2020, and the daily health monitoring results were normal during the school period, and the student left the school for Wuchang Railway Station at 18:00 on the same day, wore a mask throughout the whole process, and returned to Shijiazhuang City by Z208 train. Seven of the student's close contacts had negative nucleic acid tests, and 35 students in the same class who had left Han were told to conduct home health monitoring. According to the analysis of flow adjustment, the patient had no travel history and contact history with related cases during the Han Dynasty.
