Soon, Zhengzhou 110 received a report, and the Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau organized thousands of police officers to quickly rush to the scene of the crime and went all out to investigate the case. The next day, based on the analysis of the image data collected by the bank, the public security bureau conducted a citywide investigation of the suspects with special similar physical appearances.
Based on the analysis of the small amount of physical evidence, means of committing the crime, explosive devices, and the escape route of the criminal suspects left at the scene, the Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau decided to conduct a joint investigation of the "12.9 cases" in 2000 with the "11.19 cases" in 1997 and the "3.3 cases" in 1999.

On December 9, Zhang Shuhai's gang proceeded as planned, lasting only five minutes, snatching 2.08 million yuan in cash and killing a staff member. Looking at the before and after Zhang Shuhai's crime, we can't help but think about a question, what is Zhang Shuhai's criminal psychology? In the author's opinion, in addition to wanting to make quick money, he embarked on the road of crime for three reasons:
First, the teenager Dezhi did not suffer losses; Zhang Shuhai became a soldier at the age of fifteen and became a village cadre for more than ten years after changing careers. Rural politics has a characteristic, and the people around them are simple peasants with small vision. The peasant's eyes are shining, and whoever has the ability will admire whom, and this is prestige.
However, Zhang Shuhai people planted a big heel in middle age to do business, which is a Waterloo that he has never had. The greatest sadness of the teenager's dezhi is that he cannot recognize himself in middle age, and how many injuries will never be staged again and again?
Second, vanity is a curse; Zhang Shuhai has failed to start a business many times, and when he returns to his hometown, he is unwilling to admit his failure, but continues to indulge in the pleasure brought by rural politics. When the debt that this pleasure cannot support is high, he will desperately take a risk to find another way out. In this context, contempt for the law is understandable, which is truly a tragedy.
In addition, when Zhang Shuhai's wife, Wang Yu, kept up with her husband, it was the highlight of her life, and once that vanity fell to the ground into ashes, the role of Xian Neisuke was gone.
