"In the past week, the anti-fraud center of our bureau, in coordination with the grass-roots public security organs, successfully dissuaded 98 people from being deceived, of which 61 cases were dissuaded by door-to-door and 37 cases were dissuaded by telephone, with a 100% success rate of dissuasion."
