Reporter: The Blues and Tottenham are interested in Porto winger Luis Díaz, and the contract is 80 million euros

According to Brazil's UOL Esporte reporter Bruno Andreide, Chelsea and Tottenham are interested in bringing in Porto winger Luis Díaz.

Díaz, 24, is a Colombia international winger who made 47 appearances in all competitions last season, contributing 11 goals and six assists.

Andreid said chelsea and Spurs were interested in signing the player, while Díaz's contract included a €80 million severance clause and the player's agent had travelled to Europe last week to deal with potential transfer issues.
