My favorite state of existence is to be alone. Because solitude is the naked state of existence, there is no need for any mannerism, no need for any guard, no need for any performance, directly facing existence itself.
As long as there is any interpersonal interaction, man necessarily needs to open his inner boundaries so that he is no longer a complete independent being; he must output or input information and emotions so that he is no longer a calm and self-sufficient existence. If the other person is a happy being, his happiness will affect himself; if the other party is a painful being, his pain will also infect himself. The former is less than satisfactory, and the latter is more than worth the loss.
There is a common word "socializing", which encompasses all the interactions that you are more or less reluctant to put away, which is a pure consumption of life, which makes people feel tired and tired. Socializing in life should be minimized so that the quality of life can be improved.
Some exchanges are longed for by people's hearts and the process of communication is also like a sense of water, it is not social, but willing, such as love, friendship and affection. Although this kind of interaction also consumes life, it can mostly bring happiness to oneself, so it can be done occasionally.
Outside of these two types of interpersonal interactions, it is solitude. A high quality of life is the maximization of the proportion of time spent alone and the minimization of the proportion of time spent in relationships. Therefore, I take an attitude of strictly guarding the boundaries and raising the threshold of entry for my existence, in order to live an independent, self-sufficient, complete, and peaceful life, to the greatest extent naked with my own existence.
