Can a planned life change? "Don't Let Me Go"

The novel tells the life experiences of a group of clones and their stories as human organ donors. Take you to the life of a clone, feel the emotions of a clone, and realize the helplessness of a clone being arranged for the entire life trajectory. It is not difficult for us to see that the wanton taking of the organs of human cloning is a violation of the dignity of human beings and a contempt for the lives of clones. Since we humans can make these thinking, conscious, human clones with all the abilities of human beings exist through technology, treat these beings well, fear these beings, and thus treat them equally, and do not shackle these beings with narrow ideas where human interests are paramount.

Cathy is a thirty-one-year-old clone who has been working as a caregiver for a year. The job is lonely and tiring, and Cathy is relying on her patience and energy to take care of one "donor" after another. The point of interpretation is to look after clones who donate their organs to the original human beings. Until she meets Ruth and Tommy, two friends who grew up together, Cathy is given the right to care for them both. It was in this situation that the three friends got together again.

They come from a boarding school called Halsom, which is located deep in the English countryside, ghostly and isolated. They have lived here since they were young. After finishing elementary school, junior high school or even higher learning stages. Students here are not allowed to leave here until they are grown up. Children have no parents, and their parents are replaced by guardians who accompany them at school. Each of them received a good education in the school, and the school paid special attention to the education of poetry and art. The school holds events similar to exhibitions and auctions throughout the year. Exhibit and auction the paintings, sculptures, or other creative things that students have depicted. The best of these works will be taken away by a mysterious character "Madame". She put these works in her gallery to show the world that human cloning is intentional. Because these creations have to be created with the heart. Therefore, "creativity" is extremely important to these clone students.

But Ruth's appearance destroys their relationship as a couple. Cathy voluntarily withdrew in order to protect her friendship with Ruth. Completed Ruth and Tommy. Ruth died without support after the second donation. Before she died, he told Cathy a secret: as long as two people were truly in love, they could go to Miss Emily to apply for a postponement of donation.
