In order to deepen the reform of the modern litigation service system, adhere to and develop the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, promote the construction of the rule of law in grass-roots governance, and provide high-quality and convenient litigation services to the grass-roots masses, on August 10, the People's Court of Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen-Shantou Court") and the Government of Ebu Town of Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone held a signing and unveiling ceremony for litigation service stations.

Zhang Bin, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the Shenzhen-Shantou Court, and Li Jinmei, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ebu Town, attended the event to witness the signing of the "Framework Agreement on Cooperation on Jointly Building Litigation Service Stations to Promote the Governance of Litigation Sources", and inaugurated the "Shenzhen Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone People's Court in Ebu Town Litigation Service Station".

Previously, the Shenzhen-Shantou Court signed the "Framework Agreement on Cooperation on Jointly Building Litigation Service Stations to Promote litigation source governance" with the Xiaomo Town Government, the Chishi Town Government and the Gongmen Town Government, and jointly established the Litigation Service Station. The establishment of the Shenzhen-Shantou Court's litigation service station in Ebu Town has achieved full coverage of the litigation service station in the town, marking the formation of a new pattern of dispute resolution in the Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone.

According to the agreement, the litigation service station will comprehensively use the functions of the Shenzhen Shantou Court's online litigation service platform, diversified dispute resolution platform, circuit trial and public legal service workstation to carry out pre-litigation joint investigation, litigation mediation docking, judicial confirmation, online case filing, judge liaison, case inquiry, civil case trial, rule of law publicity, etc., to provide free one-stop litigation services, one-stop diversified dispute resolution services and comprehensive public legal services for the masses at the "doorstep".

Next, the Shenzhen-Shantou court will take the establishment of the litigation service station as a new starting point, continue to strengthen coordination and cooperation, strengthen service to the people, and strive to create a new practice of litigation source governance with "source prevention first, non-litigation mechanism first, and court adjudication finale" as the core, jointly promote litigation services to a new level, and effectively enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness and security.
